You might be our new Area Sales Manager in Valladolid, Spain.

Euro Machinery is seeking for an enthusiastic and experienced Area Sales Manager with a proven track record to join our global team. We buy and sell second-hand converting and plastic recycling machines on a global scale. Our company is a strong sales organisation, where we are focused on finding the best second-hand machines for our customers. Do you thrive with working with sales projects and have a proactive approach to market development? Then we would very much like to hear from you.

Job description:

You will play an important part in our global expansion strategy and be responsible for driving the sales of machinery in the South American markets. Together with our Head of Sales you will plan market approach and you will also be executing on plans and have direct customer contact. Therefore, we are seeking a proactive professional who can actively engage in dialogue with our customers to create and maintain strong business connections. Our new Area Sales Manager will be working from our office in Valladolid, Spain. However, we work on a global platform and therefore travel days up to approx. 40 days per year must be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute your own strategic sales plan in collaboration with our Head of Sales.

· Develop and execute prospecting plans.

· Identify and follow leads and proactively develop them into opportunities.

· Have direct contact to customers.

· Collaborate with cross-functional team members on sales projects.

· Provide market insights and feedback to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

· Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

· Education on at least bachelor’s degree

· Proven track record of successful sales performance.

· Strong understanding of machinery or equivalent technical solutions.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· You are used to working with CRM systems and can see the advantages by using this as one of your most important tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

· Spanish as mother tongue.

· English on a professional level.

Descripción del trabajo:

Tendrás un papel fundamental en nuestra estrategia de expansión global y serás responsable del mercado latinoamericano. Junto con nuestro director de ventas, desarrollarás un plan de acción para este mercado, ejecutarás dicho plan y tendrás contacto directo con los clientes de estos países. Buscamos un profesional proactivo que pueda desarrollar y mantener buenas conexiones profesionales con nuestros clientes en este mercado.
El Area Sales Manager trabajará desde nuestra oficina en Valladolid, España, aunque el puesto también requiere viajar alrededor de unos 40 días al año.

Responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar y ejecutar tu propio plan de ventas estratégico en colaboración con nuestro director de ventas.
• Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de prospección de mercado.
• Identificar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de los clientes y convertirlas en ventas.
• Tener contacto directo con los clientes.
• Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo en proyectos de ventas.
• Proporcionar feedback sobre el mercado para contribuir al desarrollo de la empresa y a nuestras iniciativas de marketing.
• Representar a la empresa en eventos y ferias del sector.

Formación:

• Nivel educativo de Grado Universitario.
• Demostrable experiencia en ventas.
• Amplios conocimientos de maquinaria y equipamiento técnico.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
• Conocimiento de CRM, una de nuestras principales herramientas de trabajo.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente como parte de un equipo internacional.
• Español lengua materna.
• Inglés - nivel profesional.
