Recycling Centrifuge
Brand & Model: PIERALLISI JUMBO 3 Material that can be processed: PP, PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PA/PE Areas of application: Solution to all the technological issues linked to solid-liquid and solid-liquid-liquid separation. Method of operation: A main motor connected to the horizontal decanter shaft drives the drum rotation. The extremely high centrifugal force generated inside the drum is proportional to the rotational speed and to the drum diameter. The product to be clarified enters through the feed pipe, travels along the diffuser, which distributes it in the center of the drum, where it begins to revolve. The centrifugal force acting on the solid particles is responsible for the solid-liquid separation. Output: Up to 1.000 kg/h, depending on material Main parts and accessories:- Casing/frame design which ensures minimum vibration and noise level;=
- Slenderness ratio up to 4.37:1, providing significant clarification length and volume, a remarkable advantage for processing;
- Vibration measurement and monitoring system
- Stainless steel of a high chemical-mechanical quality, according to processing requirements for all parts in contact with the product processed; Wear protection of the screw coils, the product feed zone and solid
- Discharge zone (recoverable and/or easily replaceable)
- Automatic operation with minimum energy consumption;
- Vibration isolating elements with high damping efficiency;
- Smooth start-up of the decanter centrifuge drum revolution and adjustment of its rotational speed via VDF
- Automatic lubrication system managed from the control panel.
